Ivymount Outreach Programs are highly tailored to meet the individual learning needs of our participantsWe work collaboratively with families to identify the best program fit for each participant.  Please read through our list of Frequently Asked Questions and then click on the appropriate button to apply as a new or returning participant.  New applicants to educational/therapeutic programs will be charged a $50 non-refundable processing fee after the application is received.

What is the application process?

  1. Fill out the appropriate application
             New Participant Application
             Returning Participant Application

  2. Ivymount Outreach staff will be in touch within three business days.

  3. New applicants to educational/therapeutic programs should plan to attend a "meet and greet."  New applicants to Camp LOL will be invited to a “meet and greet” as needed.

  4. Ivymount Outreach staff will contact you after the "meet and greet" to notify you regarding participant acceptance.

  5. For educational/therapeutic programs: The week before the start of the program, the participant will be placed with the appropriate group and you will be assigned a time slot (i.e., 9:30am, 11:00am, or 12:30pm).

Can I use LISS Funds for Iymount Outreach Programs?
Yes!  We are happy to provide you with the documentation you need, but you need to apply for the funds yourself.  For more information about LISS, click here.  Remember, these funds are for Maryland residents only and run out quickly, so apply as early as you can.

When do I have to pay for the program?
An initial payment is due before the start of the program.  If you are unable to pay the full tuition before the start of the season, please contact us at [email protected] to set up a payment plan.

Do you submit to insurance?
Our educational and recreational group programs are not eligible for insurance reimbursement in most cases.  You will be provided with a receipt verifying payment and participation.
